The biggest Tree on Lake LBJ

If you like trees then you will sure appreciate this post.  Trees have always been something I love and most importantly they provide a significant amount of value to Lake LBJ Real Estate.  Waterfront properties on Lake LBJ that have large, mature trees covering them are worth more than similar properties without trees.  These trees provide much needed shade in the hot summer but also add to the property from an aesthetic standpoint.  Because it takes 100s of not 1000s of years to grow to this size good trees are irreplaceable.

Check out this enormous, old growth live oak tree that lives on the shores of Lake LBJ in Sunrise Beach.  This tree has a healthy canopy with dense leaves providing the perfect shade for the house and patio.  The tree is a true force to be reckoned with and you can see that one really has to let it do its thing.  307 Deer is currently being offered for sale and this tree is one of the many things that makes this place so special.  what do you think?
