Just SOLD on Lake LBJ

The market may seem slower than usual but there are some deals getting done and we are thankful to be a part of them.  Today we have a closing at one of my favorite listings on Lake LBJ at 280 E. Lakeshore in Sunrise Beach.  This very special investment opportunity consists of two lots with a total of 100 feet of waterfrontage, an old house on one and a newly built dock on the other.  This property was actually under contract 3 times before closing which is actually quite shocking as I believe this to be one of the best deals on Lake LBJ I have seen in a while.

A few weeks ago we closed 827 Sandy Mountain Drive also in Sunrise Beach. This was a 4 bedroom house on over 1 acre of land up on the Sandy Arm of Lake LBJ.  This very quiet and natural setting is a special one and for the price, finding a piece of land this big and a house this nice are nearly impossible.  We are excited to have sold it for our sellers.

1500 RR 1431 has to be one of the smallest deals we have ever done on Lake LBJ but it still commanded our full attention and best foot forward.  This is a 1/1 condo in Kingsland, sold furnished and fully rental ready with a deeded boat slip.  This property had previously flooded in 2018 but had been completely rebuilt and was in a very nice condition at closing.  The process took a little longer than expected with some delays on the buyer side due to financing but we got it closed and are so happy we did.
